Pre Ordering

• Pre order information can be found in two areas of our site. When searching your favorite artists' selections, you will be able to see titles that will be coming up within the next few weeks by the release date found on the product information page. The other and better area is within our Upcoming Release Information area located on our Home Page. Here you will be able to look which releases are coming up in the coming week. Now you can be assured of any new release that comes out, without the hassle of running to the store and finding out that they have sold out!

Back-Orders

• CD Quest is a "Virtual Music Store." As such, we do not maintain inventory at our distribution center. To keep costs down, our inventory is shipped directly to us from various suppliers. Our suppliers receive shipments nearly every day of the week. CD Quest is notified daily of its suppliers' stock status. If you would like to know the status of your order, you can check online at Order Status page or email your inquiry to service@cdquest.com. Back-orders are maintained with our suppliers for 45 days. You will be notified by email if your back-order has been cancelled. Whenever possible, for multiple CD orders, we try to hold the order for backorders and ship the order complete to save you the cost of multiple shipments. Should we need to break up an order or at your request to do so, back-ordered items will be sent via First Class Mail (Air Mail for international orders), regardless of your original shipping preference. Your card will be billed for the additional shipping and handling of your back-order (according to quantity and shipping method). You can cancel your back-order at any time prior to shipment by contacting us at service@cdquest.com, please include your order ID.
