Returns
- You can return any UNOPENED CD within 30 days of delivery date for a full refund, less the cost of shipping and handling. The only notable exceptions are imports and Special Orders. Due to the manufacturing process in various countries, imports often arrive unwrapped and therefore cannot be returned (unless they are damaged or defective). If you have a concern regarding imports you can contact Customer Service for more information.
- Defective merchandise can be returned for a refund.
- Before returning product, please contact Returns Manger for specific instructions as to what to do with damaged or defective merchandise. DO NOT return any item without first consulting with our Returns Manager. Any title returned without the consent or prior knowledge of our Returns Manager will be refused.
- All customers are allowed to return up to 10% of purchases based on a yearly rotating schedule.
- CD Quest will replace damaged jewel cases for free. Contact our Returns Manager for further assistance.
