All parcels are shipped unregistered mail.

US Shipping

1-2 CD orders are shipped via 1st Class Mail. The cost is $3.25 for one (1) CD and $4.50 for two (2) CD's.

Orders of three (3) or more CD's will ship via Priority Mail. There is a flat rate charge of $5.99 for all Priority orders. Customers ordering 1-2 CD's can ship their orders via Priority Mail for faster delivery. The same flat rate of $5.99 applies.

Box sets are considered Multiple CD's, not one. For example, a 3CD box set counts as three (3) CD's. Box sets must be shipped via Priority Mail due to mailing restrictions.

US shipping can take up to 2-4 weeks for delivery.

California and Florida residents will be charged sales tax.

International Shipping

CD Quest can ship orders to almost anywhere in the world. Please note that you are responsible for any taxes, duties or customs fees levied by your local government.

All international custom's forms will display the cost of the package's contents. Please don't request us to change the value of the package from what it actually is. For us to fraudulently represent the value of shipments leaving the US would be a crime here. Even if the package is marked as "gift" it will still indicate the value of the contents and you will still have to pay any applicable taxes or duties.

When ordering internationally, please be patient for the arrival of your order. There are many delays that may occur that are beyond our control caused by such things as weather, language barriers, duties, taxes, import restrictions, and customs services. Please be understanding of this complex but necessary operation of delivering your order.

Orders to customers outside the U.S. are shipped Air Mail.

Air Mail is less expensive, but the average delivery time is more erratic. Depending on where you live in the world, Air Mail parcels can take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery. Air Mail rates are as follows:
